The following term and services will applicable for your trip  booking with  us.
The better your physical condition, the more you will enjoy the trek/ tour. You do not have to undergo a rigorous training program. Just do as much as walking as you can up and down stairs in your office. Walk to work. Jogging and cycling are useful training for a trek You should be mentally ready to accept all the circumstances which you might encounter during the trek/tour though we are always ready to cooperate with your problems.
After your arrival in Kathmandu, we provide you the detail itinerary, give briefing about the program and complete the required formalities like visa extension, issue the trekking permit etc. You must leave your passport with us while we process your trekking permit and visa for Tours outside Nepal
Good health and physical fitness are required on all trips. We recommend a physical examination for all passengers on extended treks and tours.
It is a condition of booking a trek/tour with us that passengers must be protected by insurance that covers cancellation, accidents, health, emergency evacuation and loss, theft of or damage to baggage and personal effects. Emergency evacuation must be paid in cash in Nepal and claim with your Insurance Company after your departure.
There will be no refunds if a passengers leaves a trip for any reason whatsoever, either voluntarily or involuntarily, after it has begun. We will make no refunds for any meals, accommodation, airfares or services not used
The   Passenger   specifically   agrees   that  we  shall  not  be held responsible for any delays or changes in itineraries caused by an act, omission other circumstances  on  the part  of  any  International or Domestic airlines; the passengers understands that such situations may occur, and that we will not be able to inform the  passengers of each possible problem . The itinerary highlights and excursions as set out in the itinerary will be adhered to as far as possible, but these are to be used as a guide only . The company and field staffs may make omissions or alterations to the itinerary, highlights , and excursions as they feel it to be necessary for any number of reasons.
We reserve the right to refuse to continue to carry any passenger's) causing inconvenience or annoyance to other passengers , or creating difficulties that would hamper the smooth running of a trip. We shall not be liable for any  consequential   losses   resulting there from . If a passengers is injured or becomes ill , all  evacuation  and hospital expenses , doctor's fees and repatriation costs are the passenger's responsibility, and we shall not be Liable for any refund of the trek / tour cost.
The passengers understands that during the course of the trip, certain risks and dangers may occur , including, but not limited to, the hazards of traveling in mountains terrain, accidents or illness in remote places without medical facilities , and the forces of nature . The passenger agrees to assume all risks associated with the journey, and agrees that no liability  will  be  attached  to  the  company  or  its outfitters, employees or agents, or to any member of the tour/trek group in respect to death, personal injury, illness or delay of passengers, or for any loss or damage to the property of the passenger during the course of the trip, howsoever caused.
